LOI SCHOLARSHIP MODIFICATIONS & DEMOGRAPHIC CORRECTIONS

1. To submit a Letter of Intent Scholarship Modification Form, complete the Scholarship Modification Form.  Upload the completed Scholarship Modification Form to the Admin Port. – Click Path
2. To submit a LOI Demographic Correction Form, complete the LOI Demographic Correction Form, and email it to compliance@njcaa.org
