Kyle Eager was promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager in July 2024 and is responsible for managing the Athletic Communications Associates. Eager joined the NJCAA National Office staff full-time in September 2022 as an Athletics Communications Associate. Eager graduated in 2018 with a double Major in Business Administration and Marketing from Methodist University with a focus on the golf industry. Eager spent each summer during his undergraduate program interning at golf facilities in New York, Michigan, Georgia, and North Carolina. Upon graduation he was employed by Donald Ross Sportswear in Pinehurst, NC, as an Operations and Planning Assistant until 2021. Eager then started the Masters in Sports Management program at Catawba College and graduated in June 2023.  Eager completed his first-year graduate internship requirements with the NJCAA in the Marketing and Communications department where he discovered his passion for intercollegiate athletics and the impact that sports have on student-athletes.  

A native of Upstate New York, Eager is a huge fan of his hometown team the Syracuse Orange and if he is not outside running, hiking, or playing golf, you can find him cheering on Syracuse or the Carolina Hurricanes.
