Kerri Askew joined the NJCAA National Office in August 2024 and comes to the NJCAA National Office with over 25 years of experience in sports administration.  Throughout her career, Askew has served in various roles including administrative assistant, team manager, group sales, merchandising, public relations manager, marketing director, facility manager, and homeschool mom.  Her experience spans across organizations in college athletics, Arena Football, NASCAR, the YMCA and travel baseball.  In addition, Askew has volunteered as coach and referee for Upwards soccer and basketball, served as a board member of Wesley Chapel Weddington Athletic Association, and volunteered as team administrator and team photographer for baseball teams.

Askew has a Master’s in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development from Mount Olive College and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technologies from Pitt Community College. 

In addition to her love of sports, Askew enjoys repurposing furniture, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.  Askew is married to Arthur, who works for Tyson Foods, Inc.  They have two boys, Luke and Dillon.
