Kalyn Fetter joined the NJCAA National Office staff full-time in September 2022 as a Championships, Sports, & Events Associate. Kalyn is currently coaching age group swimming, but has experience working in minor league baseball, as well as college athletics. She was a NCAA division 1 swimmer for Towson University, where she was a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. At Towson, Kalyn also helped create a student athlete-run mental health organization for athletes in need. She has also taught digital health literacy classes at Queens University of Charlotte while receiving her Masters Degree in Strategic Communications. Kalyn graduated with her masters in May of 2022, as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors society.

Kalyn loves doing anything active around the Charlotte area, as well as exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. In her spare time, she enjoys going on the lake and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys CrossFit and cycling, since she still has the drive of a collegiate athlete inside of her! Kalyn is very excited to join the NJCAA, since she feels like it will be a great opportunity to work with college athletes and give back to them. Sports have always been a big part of her life, and she is excited to share her passion for athletics with everyone she will work with.
