Bio

Carly J. Pitts joined the NJCAA National Office staff in March 2023 as the Compliance Associate and was promoted to Senior Compliance Associate in February 2025. Carly graduated from Belmont Abbey College, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2023 and Master of Business Administration degree in 2024. While in undergrad, she was a member of the acrobatics & tumbling program, the cheerleading program, the student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC), and worked in the athletic department as a compliance intern and game day management intern. While earning her MBA, she returned to her former team as the acrobatics & tumbling volunteer assistant coach, where she was featured on Sports Center and ESPN.

Carly loves all things sports related and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. In her free time, Carly enjoys traveling, concerts, sporting events, anything crafty, exploring Charlotte with friends, spending time with her family, and grabbing some Chipotle.
