Bailey Grossetti joined the NJCAA National Office in October 2022. Grossetti earned a bachelor's degree from Clemson University with a Major in Communications and a Minor in Athletic Leadership. During her time at Clemson, she worked for CUTigers.com covering Clemson University's Football, Baseball, and Basketball teams, and for The Cam Newton Foundation covering C1N Football. She was able to work two ACC Championships as well as the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship between Clemson and LSU. She also worked for Clemson University's Scholarships office and was an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Dillon High School (SC) over the summers. After graduating from Clemson, Grossetti worked as an Event Coordinator for Alliance Sport Marketing in Nashville, TN, and as a Receptionist for the Charlotte Knights (AAA) Minor League Baseball Team.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA before relocating to Dillon, SC, Grossetti loves all things Pittsburgh Steelers and Clemson Tigers. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending sports events, and traveling.

At the NJCAA National Office, Grossetti serves as the primary contact for all Division I sports, Beach Volleyball, Flag Football, Half Marathon, and Wrestling.
