NJCAA Recognized as 2025 Business Unit of the Year
Orlando, FL - During the Van Wagner Annual Meeting in Orlando, with over 100 staff members from 50+ properties in attendance, the opportunity to reflect, learn, and celebrate some major wins filled the ballroom. The NJCAA, National Junior College Athletic Association, was formally recognized as the Van Wagner 2025 Business Unit of the Year.
Even more exciting, the NJCAA was also honored for surpassing its Property Goal for 2024-25, a milestone that simply wouldn't have been possible without the collaboration, trust, and commitment of this amazing team.
"I want to congratulate Jim Siedliski, NJCAA General Manager of Van Wagner College, Andrew Givens, Associate Vice President Marketing/Media, and Partnerships, and Chris Haley, Senior Director of Partnerships and Development on leading these efforts to move the needle for the NJCAA," stated Dr. Christopher Parker, NJCAA President and CEO.
He continued, "This has been a complete team effort with others also playing an instrumental part of success including Michelle Meadows, Senior Vice President, COO and CFO, Dr. Brett Monaghan, Vice President of Championships, Memberships and Sports Governance and Jeff White, Senior Vice President of Internal Affairs, Chief Legal Officer and Executive Director of NJCAA ESPORTS."

Jim Siedliski accepted the Van Wagner Business Unit of the Year Belt and stated, "One theme resonated with me as we received our accolades during the celebration: this isn't a "me" award—it's a "we" award. I'm energized for what's ahead and look forward to taking things to even greater heights together in 2025-26, with continued collaboration and an even sharper focus on alignment and process."
