Head Coach Regina Mannix on Wheeler

  • "To quantify into words, the impact that Jazmyn has had on our program is nearly impossible. As a coach, you strive to find athletes to work with who immediately understand concepts, techniques, and fundamentals. Jazmyn is a once in a lifetime athlete to coach. She shows up every day physically, mentally, and emotionally ready to compete.  They say the true sign of leadership isn’t about talent but in making others around them better. Her consistency and selflessness make her a great teammate and more importantly a wonderful person. Jazmyn is that type of player and I’m excited about the opportunity to work with her next season. Jazmyn won’t rest on her accomplishments she will be ready to compete again and I am honored to be able to be there with her."
