About the 2024 NJCAA Convention

The 2024 NJCAA Convention will be held in Charlotte, NC, from April 15-19. The event includes NJCAA sport and governance committee meetings, professional and leadership development sessions, sponsor and partner exhibit hall, and the annual awards dinner.

NJCAA athletic directors, coaches, sport information directors, administrators, and presidents are invited to participate in professional development sessions led by association members, industry leaders, and partners and sponsors. Attendees have the opportunity to directly interact with the NJCAA partners and sponsors, network with peers, and listen in on sports committees. 

Registration

All attendees are required to register for the 2024 NJCAA Convention.  

The early-bird registration fee to attend the NJCAA Convention is $100 for all attendees. Early-bird registration will be available through February 23, 2024. From February 24 through April 19 the registration fee will be $150.

On-site registration will be available. All hotel bookings are separate from registration and the link to book hotel rooms will be included in the "Additional Information" section of the registration confirmation email.  

Hotels + Local Attractions

The host hotel for the 2024 NJCAA Convention is the Hilton Charlotte University Place located at 8629 J M Keynes Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262.  Hotel booking information will be provided in the confirmation email upon completing registration.  You may also directly access the NJCAA's hotel room block HERE. ATIXA Training & Certification Course

ATIXA, the Official Title IX and Risk Management Partner of the NJCAA, is offering a one-day training and certification course on Monday, April 15, in conjunction with the NJCAA Convention. Details of the event can be found HERE. NJCAA members receive a 15% discount on the registration fee. The discount code should not be shared outside of the NJCAA. If you have a group to register, email ATIXA for specialized discounts. You may register via this direct LINK.
