Harford to host 2024 and 2025 Men's Lacrosse Championship and Women's Lacrosse Invitational

Charlotte, NC – The NJCAA has awarded Harford Community College its host site for the 2024 and 2025 NJCAA Men's Lacrosse Championship and Women's Lacrosse Invitational.

Harford Community College will host the championship and invitational at the Harford Sports Complex in Bel Air, Maryland from May 11-12, 2024, and May 10-11, 2025.

"We are looking forward to partnering with the NJCAA, the Harford community, and many local organizations to provide an annual event that brings lacrosse fans together for exciting competition and promoting the sport within the Mid-Atlantic states," said Ed Liesch, Athletic Director of Harford. "Over the next two years, we want this to be a premier event that everyone wants to attend and experience."

Harford previously hosted the Men's Lacrosse Championship in 2023.

"The NJCAA is excited to once again have Harford host the men's lacrosse championship and we look forward to seeing how they will transform the women's lacrosse invitational," stated Brian Luckett, NJCAA Senior Vice President for External Affairs & Development. "The Harford Sports Complex is a great facility that will help create the best championship experience for our student-athletes."

Harford Stadium is a 1,000-seat (expandable to 1500 seats) field turf facility that is the home for the men's and women's soccer and lacrosse teams. The stadium was built in 1968 and updated with an artificial field turf surface in 2007. Harford Stadium also contains a press box, electronic wireless scoreboard display, and a new LED lighting system.
