Jeff White joined the NJCAA National Office in 2019 and serves as the vice president for legal, diversity, IT, and resources as well as general counsel for the United States International University Sports Federation (USIUSF). White is also the NJCAAE executive director, a position held since its inception in 2019.

As the association's in-house legal counsel, White works with NJCAA National Office staff and Board of Regents members to review contracts, assist regions with legal needs, create and revise internal processes, manage association policies and procedures, analyze and evaluate the impact of legislation on the NJCAA and its members, and monitor Title IX compliance.

Prior to joining the NJCAA National Office in February 2019, White spent three years as the vice president of student experience and human resources and director of athletics at Hocking College (OH), an NJCAA member school in Region XII. White also served as the director of human resources at the Supreme Court of Ohio for three years prior.

White possesses experience in Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, labor relations, employment law, business operations, strategic planning, policy development, lean tools, budget management, marketing and communications, social media, civil rights investigations, project management, grant administration, and risk management. White is an executive leader with 15+ years of organizational development, human resources, Title IX, VAWA, Title VII, and operations management achievement, creating a high performance workplace through a culture of accountability, effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and engagement.

White received a Bachelor of history from the University of Ohio before obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. White received a Juris Doctor degree in workers compensation and labor/employment from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.
