2020 NJCAA CONVENTION

Charlotte, NC – The NJCAA is excited to announce its first-ever NJCAA Convention. The week-long event will combine the second annual Leadership Institute followed by the Annual Meeting. Taking place Monday, March 30 - Tuesday, March 31, the Leadership Institute is designed to provide leadership opportunities and association-wide training for collegiate athletic administrators, coaches, and staff.

Where: Hilton Charlotte University Place
The Leadership Institute will provide insight into the NJCAA and the collegiate athletics world through various sessions featuring esteemed speakers from around the country and leaders in two-year college athletics. Individual breakout sessions include:

- Hazing: Is your school prepared?
- Coping with Tragedy
- Understanding Diversity
- Leadership Development
- NJCAA Compliance
- NJCAA Leadership: Get Involved
While designed for two-year athletic administrators and coaches, the NJCAA Leadership Institute is open to the public.
