The St Petersburg College Titans baseball team is returning to the State Tournament for the first time since 2010.  Lead by the pitching of Dominick Stefanacci and Scott Thomas, to go along with the Titans explosive offense, the team managed to capitalize with some timely hitting to defeat the Buccaneers 7 to 5 at the City of Palms Park in Fort Myers.

Head Coach Ryan Beckman had this to say post game, "I am very proud of this team and what they were able to accomplish.  We have had more talented teams get close to going to the state tournament but have fallen just short.  This group of young men has all kinds of different personalities, but they worked hard to become one team and accomplish their goals."
