Although the score was a little too close for comfort, the Cyclones were able to eke out their last victory of 2018, surpassing Malcolm X College 81-75.

Carrying a 10-point lead into the second half, the Cyclones lost some drive but were able to hold onto the win. Cortez King led the way with 19 points and nine rebounds followed closely by Elijah Ward (16 points, seven rebounds), Da'Quan Dunn (13 points, five rebounds) and Jalen Hughes (12 points). Michael Drynan grabbed nine rebounds and Nicholas Holmes led with seven assists.
