Timberwovles Fall Short at Broome and Onondaga
The SUNY Adirondack Men's Basketball team lost Saturday afternoon at SUNY Broome, 96-75.
Sophomore guard Tavon Price scored a career high 36 points in the loss. Price also had a team high 8 assists in the game. Fidel Norris and Mouhamed Diagne led the Timberwolves in rebounds, each grabbing 7.
Following Saturday's game the team traveled to face Onondaga Community College on Sunday. The Timberwolves lost that game 109-76.
Tavon Price again led the way in scoring for SUNY Adirondack, this time with 35 points. Robert De La Vega scored 18 for the Timberwolves in the loss.
Following the weekend, the Timberwolves are now 0-12 to start the season. The team will have a few weeks off for the holidays and will return to game action on Saturday January 18th when they will travel to face conference opponent Columbia-Greene Community College. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
