NPCC Men's Basketball wins against Laramie County CC

The North Platte Community College Knights Men's Basketball Team played against Laramie County Community College and won, 84-73. NPCC is now 3-6 on overall season record.

NPCC's Danilo Matovic posted 10 points, DaVonte Tharpe posted 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds, Damon Harge scored 19 points and Tim Johnson scored 20 points.

"It was a gritty, hard fought, team win. Anytime you are able to go on the road in Region IX and come away with a win, it feels good. I'm proud of how our guys came out and competed for 40 minutes. We have to focus our sights on Cloud County, but this win feels nice for now," said NPCC assistant coach Chase Grabau.

The Knights next host Cloud County Community College on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. in the McDonald-Belton Gymnasium.
