MAC Series Preview: Suns Baseball vs. Richland

The CVC Baseball looks to climb up the Metro Athletic Conference standings this week when they face the Richland Thunderducks in a three-game conference series. CVC is currently ranked third in the MAC with 18 home runs so far this season.

In their last outing, the Suns won game one in their MAC series against Brookhaven, before falling in games two and three. Skyler White was the winning pitcher in game one, while Jamison Totten finished the series going 5-9 from the plate and added four runs and two RBIs. Dakota More had a two home run outing in game two.

In their last meeting with the Thunderducks, the Suns won the series, 2-1 taking games one and three in the process. Billy Rogers hit three home runs, six RBIs, five runs, and hit for .454 during the series to earn NJCAA and Metro Athletic Conference Position Player of the Week honors.
