
MIDDLESEX COLLEGE TRACK & FIELD CONCLUDES REGULAR SEASON WITH ANOTHER FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE
Middlesex College Track & Field wrapped up their regular season at the TCNJ Lions Invitational and continued to perform at a high level.
Highlighting the day for the Colts was the Men's Steeplechase event, which becomes the 19th event Middlesex College has qualified for at the National NJCAA D3 Meet.
They join the Women's Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, 400IH, 100HH, 200m and 400m. On the Men's Side, they will be sending representatives in the 100, 200, 400, 400IH, 4x100, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 800, 1500, 4x800 plus the aforementioned Steeplechase.
At the TCNJ Lions Invitational, the Men's 4x100 team of Jessi Jimenez, Thomas Bell, Matt Sutton and Axel Romero took first with a time of 44.28.
The 4x400 team of Jimenez, Bell, Jan Nolasco and Maurice Hernandez took second with a time of 3:27.75.
Defending National Champion Raven Orange placed 6th in the 100HH with a time of 16.81 and Tonna Ogina, the Colts talented jumper, took seventh in both the long jump and triple jump with leaps of 4.75m and 10.23m, respectively.
