Volleyball Hits the Road for Match Against Navarro

The Lady Suns Volleyball Team will play their second match in three days as they travel to East Texas to face the Navarro Bulldogs on Wednesday night.

CVC is still looking for their first win of the season sitting at 0-3 with their most recent outing being a straight set loss to Ranger. Mallorie Brooks earned her third straight double-double of the early season in the match with 19 kills and 10 digs. Samantha Hernandez had another 20+ assist effort dishing out 27.

Navarro is currently 5-1 having won their last four matches all in straight sets including a victory over defending NJCAA Divison III National Champion, Eastfield on Tuesday night. 

Last season the Lady Suns fell to Navarro, 3-0 with Brooks posting six kills and 15 digs.
