#2 Lady Tribs Blank #3 Cougars in North B District Finale, Ticket Punched to National Tourney

ROCHESTER N.Y. - The Monroe Community College Women's Lacrosse Team is headed back to the National Inviational for another consecuitve year. Following the Tribs 19-3 Statement win over Greater Rochester, and Region III Rival #3 Genesee Cougars. 

The North B District Game MVP, Kalani Thomas opened the games scoring at the 2:14 mark in the first quarter en route to a stellar performance (3 Goals / 4 Assists). Kate Oxley would lead all scorers netting five total goals and adding one assist in the process. In addition, Sophmore Captain Skye Gaudio added four goals in her own right and an assist. The three headed attacking crew of Thomas, Oxley, and Gaudio combined for 12 of the Tribunes 19 total goals. 

The Tribs will look to capture their ninth national title and first since 2018 when they won their 6th straight, this years national tournament will be hosted at Harford CC in Bel Air, MD.
