GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Santa Fe College softball concluded its season series with Florida State College at Jacksonville, and for a second time the Saints and Blue Wave settled for a split.
GAME 1 – FSCJ 5, SF 3
A GAME-CHANGING PLAY
The Blue Wave had back-to-back home runs in the third inning to score all five of their runs, with the first being a grand slam.
TEAM COMPARISON
Santa Fe had five hits, and FSCJ totaled nine.
The Saints never struck out at the plate, just weren't able to find enough gaps in the FSCJ defense.
The Blue Wave had two errors, while SF had none.
