Bulldogs move to 7-0

Mississippi Gulf Coast got another dominant afternoon from the lower two-thirds of the men's tennis lineup and stayed unbeaten by doubling Copiah-Lincoln 6-3 in Wesson.

The Bulldogs (7-0, 6-0 MACCC) dropped only four games in Nos. 3-6 singles, led by Wesley Fontaine (So., Biloxi/Biloxi) who double-bageled his opponent at No. 3. Anderson Dulaney (Fr., Long Beach/Long Beach) and Jackson Ward (Fr., Gulfport/Gulfport) only dropped a game each.

Dulaney and Ward combined to win No. 3 doubles, with Fudge and Pedro Molero (Fr., Maracaibo, Venezuela/U.E. Instituto Americano Joseph John Thomson) cleaning up 8-1 at No. 2.

Gulf Coast travels to Hinds on Friday. First serves are set for 1 p.m.
