NICEVILLE, Fla. --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs here Friday afternoon 67-65 in overtime to the Tallahassee Community College Eagles here at Northwest Florida State College in the Northwest Florida State College Classic.
Holmes will play Northwest Florida today at 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs led by six points early and held a 32-30 lead at halftime. Tallahassee led by seven early in the second half, but regulation ended up tied at 60. The Eagles outscored the Bulldogs 7-5 in the second half to pull out the win.
Tyler Talley finished with 23 points while Caleb Campbell had 16 and Jourdain Dishmond had 15. Talley and Eric Green had seven rebounds each.
Holmes shot 31.3 percent from the floor (21-of-67), 33.3 percent from the three point line (9-of-27) and 66.7 percent from the free throw line (14-of-21).
