Weather Report Calls for a Whiteout

Leesburg, Fla. – Winter is coming early to the Lake-Sumter State College Leesburg campus this year. Lakehawk fans are asked to wear white for this week's home opener.

LSSC will host Eastern Florida State Thursday for a 6 pm start time. The team will be sporting their white jerseys and we hope to see a sea of white shirts and outfits in support of our volleyball team.

The Lakehawks have started 0-2 after taking on two of the toughest opponents on their 2018 schedule. Lake-Sumter fell to Santa Fe and Central Florida who are a combined 8-2 this season. In 2017, the Lakehawks dropped their final contest against Eastern Florida in a back and forth battle going five sets.
