The Lady Red Devils Can't Hold Up Against Southeast Community College

Thursday was a long day for The Lady Red Devils, as they fell to Southeast Community College 4-3.

The Lady Red Devils captured the lead in the first inning. Morgan Wayman homered on the first pitch of the at bat in the first inning, scoring two runs.

Southeast Community College took the lead for good with three runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Montana Lovett singled off of Raegan Beckley, driving in one run and Hadlee Cerny doubled off of Beckley, driving in two runs.

Ellie Edmond earned the win for Southeast Community College. She threw seven innings, giving up three runs, seven hits, striking out two, and walking one. Beckley took the loss for The Lady Red Devils. She went four innings, surrendering four runs, six hits, and striking out four.

The Lady Red Devils collected seven hits. Winter Henry and Wayman each collected multiple hits for The Lady Red Devils. Henry went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead The Lady Red Devils in hits.

Southeast Community College had nine hits in the game. Aryssa Borrenpohl, Savannah Grabowski, and Cerny each collected multiple hits for Southeast Community College.
