January 9, 2019 -- The Commodore Men's Basketball team lost a close one on the road to local rival Cuyahoga Community College by a score of 69-59.
According to Coach Marty Eggleston, "This was our lowest point output of the season, as we struggled against their defense when they pressured our shots, then out rebounded us."
Justin Newman (Cincinnati/Robert A Taft HS) scored 14 of his 18 points in the second half, while Ny'Jere Hodges (Wilmington, DE/Mount Pleasant HS) added 10 for the Commodores.
LCCC is back home at 3 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019 against Edison State.
