Holmes will travel to Pearl River Friday for a 7 p.m. contest.
Jaelyn Hanson put the Lady Bulldogs on the scoreboard first in the 15th minute on an assist from Jordan Patrick.
Ravynne Wilson put Holmes up 2-0 in the 43rd minute on a penalty kick.
Savannah Turner increased the lead to 3-0 on an assist from Abbi Russell in the 59th minute.
The Lady Bulldogs final goal came in the 87th minute on another goal from Hanson on an assist from Sydney Nester.
