The CVC Volleyball Team suffered a loss dealt by Metro Athletic Conference foe, Eastfield College in straight sets (16-25,18-25,15-25). Brenda Duran had a team-high nine kills.
Other leaders for the Lady Suns included Miranda Solis with 21 assists and Mallorie Brooks with 13 digs. Sarah Carrola turned in a double-dig performance with 11.
Cedar Valley returns to action on "School Night", where they will host Mountain View College. Free hot dogs will be given to the first 100 students!
