Alexa Hansen Dishes Three Assists; Jersey Blues Defeat The Centurions Of Bucks County In Region Action
Manalapan, NJ - The Brookdale women's soccer team defeated the Centurions of Bucks County Community College in region action, 9-0. Freshman midfielder Alexa Hansen put the Blues on the scoreboard early after finishing a pass to the lower left corner of the frame from sophomore defender Rebecca Gorenstein in the 10th minute.

Freshman midfielder Alexa Hansen put the Blues on the scoreboard early after finishing a pass to the lower left corner of the frame from sophomore defender Rebecca Gorenstein in the 10th minute. Hansen also dished three assists.
Freshman forward Jada Trotta recorded a hat-trick, two of the goals notched were from her head. Sophomore forward Jenna Karabin launched two goals as freshman defender Emily Clayton, sophomore midfielder Lorena Santiago and sophomore midfielder Emma Kuper each recorded goals. The team played a great possession game and held tight defensively to secure the shutout.
The Blues improve to 2-0-1 and will return to the field on Tuesday, September 17th at 3:30pm to take on Nassau Community College.
