TITANS STEP UP AT NATIONALS!!!!

Danville, IL - The County College of Morris Men's Basketball Team plants their flag on the National Stage with their play at NJCAA Nationals.

The 2024 CCM East District B Champion TITANS came to play!  The 19th seeded Titans took on Monroe CC in game one of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament,  their effort on defense was outstanding pushing the 14 seed to the brink.  The TItans ultimately fell 71-70, but it was not for a lack of effort.  The easy thing to do would be to hang your head and sulk over the heartbreak, but District Coach of the Year Anthony Obery wasn't having it.  He and the outstanding coaching staff kept our TITANS focused on the job at hand.  Next up Howard CC felt the sting of CCM's swarming defense and high octane energy.  CCM defeated Howard CC 89-77 in the consolation round to finish the season with a 22-8 overall record.  These TITANS earned the respect of all that faced them this season and will go down as one of the best CCM Men's Basketball Teams in recent memory.  Great Job TITANS you have made CCM very proud of you all!!!
