The Cyclones stayed in line with Waubonsee Community College but weren't able to get past them in this doubleheader loss.

To start the first game, the Cyclones lost 9-5. The second game saw the Cyclones lose a narrow 4-3. Although the Chiefs scored first, Moraine Valley evened the score on a passed ball and an RBI single from Jack Hoh (1-for-4). The Chiefs tallied another run off a string of hits and sac fly in the second inning and another in the fourth. The Cyclones attempted a comeback in the sixth after hitting a few singles and taking some walks. They scored that inning on a bases-loaded walk, but it wasn't enough in this narrow loss.
