Camden Sweeps Philadelphia With A Team Effort

Camden County College Cougars hosted the Community College of Philadelphia on Tuesday, November 14.

Kayla Franklin opened the scoring, with a layup fed by Chloe Crago. Camden kept a tight lead until the last seven minutes of the game when they put their foot on the gas. Camden put up 13 unanswered points in the last moments of the game. Philadelphia was able to gain 2 points with less than a minute on the clock that weren't enough.

A collective effort by the Cougars made all the difference. Amia Green led the team with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Ending in a 20 point lead, Camden is now 2-1 overall on the season.

Camden will be back in play at Montgomery County Community College (PA) next Tuesday, November 21.
