Manalapan, NJ - Union County College held on for a 2-1 win over the Jersey Blues men's soccer team. Sophomore forward Hadi Raoofi scored for Brookdale from the penalty line in the first half.
Starting the second half down 2-1, the Blues dominated play and kept the Fighting Owls in their defensive end for more than thirty minutes but came up short at the buzzer.
The team will next take on the Centurions of Bucks County Community College on the road on Saturday, October 12th at noon.
