The Cyclones moved to 3-2 on the season after a narrow 5-4 defeat of rival Waubonsee Community College.

The guys started the match outdoors until rain forced them inside. Although Moraine Valley tends to play better outdoors, they were still able to pull off this victory. They earned two key wins from James Coan at No. 4 singles (7-5, 6-4) and from his pairing with Edwin Esparza Hernandez at No. 2 doubles (6-4).
