Bulldogs fall to Indians, 82-64

FULTON – The Holmes Community College Bulldogs dropped their third straight North Division contest here Monday night falling to the Itawamba Community College Indians, 82-64.

With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 10-7 overall and 2-4 in the North Division. The second half of the North Division schedule starts on Monday night as Holmes hosts East Mississippi at 7:30 p.m. Watch live at holmesccmedia.com/white-channel or on our Amazon Fire or Roku devices.

Itawamba jumped out to a 39-27 lead at halftime and then outscored the Bulldogs, 43-37, in the second half.

Josiah Lewis was the only Bulldog in double figures as he picked up a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Holmes shot 53.2 percent from the floor in the contest but it wasn't enough to pull out the win.
