Hudson Valley's men's basketball team (8-0) remains undefeated after defeating Orange 97-83 on Thursday evening in the McDonough Sports Complex.
Caleb Canty (Hudson/Hudson) led all scorers as he finished with a game-high 28 points with 11 field goals made, including a pair of three-point baskets. Jordan Gleason (Wynantskill/Watervliet) also scored over 20-points as he recorded 23 points, which included 14 points in the first half.
O'nandi Brooks (Brooklyn/George Westinghouse) hit five field goals with seven free throws made to finish with 17 points.
Hudson Valley is back in action as they take on a pair of Region 3 opponents this weekend as they travel to play Finger Lakes on Saturday at 3 p.m. and travel to Corning on Sunday for a 2 p.m. start.
