Plainswoman Brooklyn Davis Sets NJC Golf Records at Otero

La Junta, Colo...

NJC Plainswoman Brooklyn Davis accomplished a nice feat this past week for her team as she set a new single day scoring record (82) and also set a new two day total record (164) in program history.  It has been good to see the Plainswomen having a top finisher in the Region IX tournaments again as she continues to play well this Fall.  The men ended up in a tie for 5th place as they continue to struggle to put together a good round as a team.  Individuals are playing ok, but as a team, they have been off.  Both the men and women's teams will play in their last Fall tournament in Lamar on Thursday, October 6th and Friday, October 7th.  The golf teams will pick up where they left off starting again in March 2023.
