PSC Pulls Away From NWF In Overtime

Pensacola State hosted Northwest Florida State and pulled out a win in OT 65-60.  PSC (14-7, 3-1) outscored the Raiders ( 12-8, 0-4) 7-2 in the OT period.  The Pirates were led by Shawndarius Cowart with 17 pts., 9 rebs. and 8 assists. He also hit both FTs with 23 seconds left to complete the scoring.  Carlos Rosario had a double/double with 15 pts. and 12 rebs.  Josh Williams, who hit a big three with 1:10 left to put the score 63-60, finished with 13 pts.

Northwest Florida was led by Marseilles Caston wih 18 pts.  Setric Millner added 14 pts.

The Pirates will host Gulf Coast State next Wednesday 1/22/20 at 7:30 pm.
