West Windsor, NJ - Brookdale softball just lacked in stats and momentum to get past the DII Mercer County Community College Vikings in double losses of 8-2, and 12-4.
Sophomore Nicolette Pavlik stepped up in the batter's box hitting 2-for-3 with an RBI, and freshman catcher, Sydney Rawlings, tagged on an RBI double in the first game.
Pavlik came through again in game two, posting 2-for-3 with two RBI's, as freshman pitcher, Mallory Shevlin, matched her at bats and RBI's as well in the 12-4 loss.
Brookdale (19-7) #2 in Region 19, will face the #1 Region ranked Northampton Community College Spartans on Friday, April 21st, at 3:30pm.
