McLennan women finish in fourth place at home tournament

The McLennan Highlanders shot 318-316 – 634 to finish in fourth place in the women's Waco River Classic held at Cottonwood Creek Golf Club.

Odessa claimed the team championship with 292-306 – 598, followed by Western Texas in second with 315-304 – 619 and New Mexico in third with 302-319 – 621.

Carmen Gonzalez Lo-A-Njoe shot 76-76 – 152 to lead McLennan and finish tied for seventh.
