On Saturday September 15, the Lady Red Devils played Neosho County Community College. It was a big conference game for the Lady Red Devils, and Allen started the scoring early in the game with a strike from Destinee Smith. The lead was held until right before halftime when Neosho was able to get a goal to tie the score at 1-1 going into the halftime break.

In the second half Shelby Dawson was able to score a goal for the Lady Red Devils, to regain the lead 2-1. The Final was a 2-1 for the Lady Red Devils as they beat a conference rival, who had not lost a conference game yet. It was another good win for the Lady Red Devils. This marked the second straight conference win for the lady Red Devils.
