Indians cruise to 9-0 victory at Holmes

GOODMAN, Miss. – The Indians picked up their third-straight conference win as they were dominant throughout Friday's match at Holmes, securing a 9-0 victory.

ICC started with a 3-0 lead after doubles play as Joan Mateu Ramis Pascual and Knox Waterer took No. 1 doubles with an 8-0 win, followed by Luca Hoffmann and Santiago Diaz picking up the 8-0 win at No. 2, and Ben Orr and Sawyer Ritchie cruising to an 8-0 win at No. 3.

In singles play, the Indians kept the momentum going in their favor. Ramis Pascual took No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win and Waterer followed with a 6-0, 6-0 win of his own at No. 2. Diaz and Hoffman continued the dominance with 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 3 and No. 4, and Orr and Ritchie completed the match sweep with 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 5 and No. 6.

The Indians will be back in action on Monday, March 17, as they host Gulf Coast for a 2 p.m. match.
