Cleveland State Golf is tied for second, two shots off the lead after round one on Monday April 3 of the Shorter Hawk Spring Invitational being played at Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome Georgia.  Kentucky State University leads the field of eight including Young Harris College who is currently knotted with the Cougars both with a round one team score of 298.

Individually, Dalton Sutton, Cain Stover and Reese McFatter all shot even par scores of 72 placing them in a tie for third place.  Play resumes and finishes on Tuesday April 4 as Cleveland State looks to finish first overall at the competition.
