The SUNY Adirondack Women's Basketball team lost on Saturday afternoon to Jamestown Community College, 72-37.
The Timberwolves came to play early and kept it close to start. They trailed 19-13 after the end of the first quarter, but a 16-6 second quarter from the Cannoneers put the game away.
Freshman Mariah Hazard had a team high 12 points on 5-9 shooting while also adding a team high 9 rebounds. Ashley Caba led the team with 6 assists. Brianna Davis Bryant was a good contributor off the bench for the Timberwovles with 7 points, 5 rebounds, and a steal.
Following the loss, the Timberwolves are now 0-4 on the season. Their next opportunity will come on Wednesday November 13th when they will travel to face Hudson Valley Community College. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
