HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Softball Coach Erin Sharpe on the weekend on the road:
"Amy pitched very well given the type of hitters Kirkwood has," Sharpe said. "I know we can get these teams. We just have to work on our mental approach to get there."
Sharpe on turning the page to postseason play this weekend:
"It's a new start for everyone," Sharpe said. "At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what happened during the regular season. It just matters who came to play that day."
