Members of the NJCAAE have joined the ranks with other two-year colleges in a one-of-a-kind association. The NJCAAE is the only exclusively two-year esports association in the world. The association provides governance, various forms of competition, and official national championships.
Established in the fall of 2019, the association continues to establish new partner relationships that assist in the growth of esports programs, add new titles for increased participation, and dedicate resources to the recruitment of new members.
To assist prospective members with goals of building and sustaining a successful esports program, the NJCAAE will provide a resource guide, a buyer’s guide, an FAQ list, and direct access to the association's key strategic partner and platform provider Generation Esports. NJCAAE can also connect prospective members with an administrator from an existing esports program that can serve as a sounding board and resource for any ideas or needs a prospective member may have.
NJCAAE membership will receive access to the association's Discord server. Through this communication tool, member colleges and students have the ability to interact with other students, coaches, or administrators at any time and from any location, including mobile devices. NJCAAE members also have access to high school students interested in playing esports collegiately.
NJCAAE is a unique organization; its focus on student and member experience, removing all barriers to entry, diversity, and commitment to academic and competitive excellence contribute to making the NJCAAE a dynamic organization. The association wants all members to enjoy the experience, take full advantage of all NJCAAE has to offer, and add to the rich history that is only just beginning.
