Charlotte, NC - Owens Community College's Michaela Eisenhauer has been named the 2018 Tachikara NJCAA Division III Volleyball Player of the Year.
At the 2018 NJCAA Division III Volleyball Championship in Rochester, MN, the Express captured their first title in school history. In the championship match, Eisenhauer tied her season-high kills mark, with 19 in the Express' five-set win. Eisenhauer set her season-high kills mark on October 27th in the Region 12 championship game.
Eisenhauer was a powerhouse on the outside for Owens throughout the season. Highly efficient, she finished the season ranked third in the NJCAA in hitting percentage and kills per set.
