The NJCAA Women's Soccer Players of the Week were announced Wednesday by the NJCAA National Office for all matches played during Week 5 of the season – Sept 19-25.
Johnson County (Kan.) sophomore midfielder Sarah Taylor was named Division I Player of the Week, while Mercer County (N.J.) freshman Shaunice Palms claimed Goalie of the Week honors for the division.
Honored for the second time this season, Erie (N.Y.) freshman forward Abbey Lombard garnered DIII Player of the Week accolades. The division’s goalie award was presented to Rowan Gloucester (N.J.) freshman Jenni DeVault.
