Fivi Mihai
Johnson County Community College
High School: Belle River
Hometown: Tecumseh, Ontario
Fivi Mihai, a 5-5 midfielder from #11 Johnson County Community College, is the NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Mihai led Johnson County to a 3-0 record last week and to the Region 6 title. She scored two goals and one assist in a 17-0 shutout of Garden City to start the week. Against Hutchinson she scored the only two goals of the game in the 2-0 victory and against eighth-ranked Butler County she assisted on the only two goals of the game in the 2-0 shutout win. On the week she had 11 points on four goals and three assists.

Ashley Skeen

High School: Centennial
Hometown: Las Vegas, Nev.
Ashley Skeen, a 5-7 defender from #7 Mesa Community College, is the NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Co-Player of the Week. Skeen was instrumental in Mesa's 2-0 record last week that secured the Region I title for the Thunderbirds. Skeen led a defense that allowed only one goal in the Region tournament. To open the tournament Mesa shutout Pima 1-0 and in the championship they defeated Cochise College 3-1. Skeen, the region tournament MVP, kept the oppositions top player from recording any shots on goal and she won every head ball that was contested.

Emily Coker
Hinds Community College
High School: Warren Central
Hometown: Vicksburg, Miss.
Emily Coker from Hinds Community College, is the NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week. Coker recorded 37 saves over three games, leading Hinds to the Region 23 championship.She recorded nine saves in a 3-0 shutout of Mississippi Delta to open the tournament. In the second round she had 13 saves in a 2-0 shutout of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. In the championship Hinds went into the penalty kick phase against Pearl River after a 1-1 regulation and overtime tie. In the penalty kick phase Coker saved two of the four shots and Hinds went on to win 2-1 in PK.

Springfield Technical Community College
High School: Ludlow
Hometown: Ludlow, Mass.
Jess Luszcz, a 5-5 midfielder from Springfield Technical Community College , is the NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Luszcz led Springfield to a 2-0 record and the Region 21 title last week. She recorded one assist in a 2-1 win over New Hampshire Technical of the United States College Athletic Association. In the region 21 championship she scored the games only goal in the 1-0 win over Holyoke Community College.
