It is always nice when you can get two conference wins at home in the same night, it is even better when you can get wins with the same final score. The fans last night in Ben Allen Field House got to see not only two Highland wins but two 70-53 wins.

Led by freshman guard
Stephon Jackson, Highland improved to 2-0 in the conference with a 70-53 victory over the Blue Devils of Kansas City Kansas on Wednesday night.

It was Highland in the driver seat all 40 minutes Wednesday night as they held the Blue Devils in check holding their best scorer to single digit points on the night.
Stephon Jackson went 6-10 form three-point range and finished with a gam/season high 24 points.
Ryan Haskins added in 13 points, his 10
th double digit game this season, along with five assists.
Dontre English finished the night with 11 points and
Andre Jackson grabbed eight rebounds.

Highland, now 16-4 on the year, sits atop the Region VI standings at 3-0. They travel to Brown Mackie College in Salina, KS to take on the Lions on Saturday, January 28
th at 4:00pm.
